We do not collect your name, IP address, device fingerprint, or any other personally identifiable information beyond the contact info you voluntarily provide.
3. Why We Collect It
Your contact info is collected for one purpose only: to redirect visitors from your Safelink URL to your chosen messaging channel. It is not used for marketing, analytics, or shared with any third party.
4. Data Retention
Free links expire after 48 hours. Paid links are retained for the duration of the purchased plan. When you delete a link from your dashboard, your contact information is immediately wiped from our database — the link slug is retained only to show a "sold" page. You may request full deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive, handle, or store your credit card or banking details. PayPal's privacy policy governs how they process your payment data.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use Safelink. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you. Contact us at support@safelink.app with your link slug and we will action your request within 72 hours.
8. Cookies
Safelink itself does not set tracking cookies. Google Analytics and PayPal may set their own cookies. No first-party tracking cookies are used.
